#games not updating

Please state the following clearly if you are seeking support:
- What is your issue? Be specific. If your issue is with an Xbox console, please include which model and what your OS version is, as well as if you are in an Xbox Insider Program ring. If your issue is on PC, please include relevant versions (Windows version, any version information for specific apps in question, etc).
- What troubleshooting have you tried? Please list everything you have attempted.
- Have you researched your issue on the internet? If so, what results have you seen and tried?
- If no to 2 and/or 3, please start there.
If you do not provide answers to all of these questions, you are not likely to receive a response.
We don't provide DM support here. Everything is kept out in the open to ensure people don't give terrible advice.

I tryed to restart it But I did not work thas all I did
It was unpluged for 5 days too
Have you tried restarting your router and/or modem? If not, try that.
If that still doesn't work, I'd try a factory reset of the console, making sure to keep your games and apps.

You won't.
saves are synced to cloud
Your saves are automatically uploaded to the cloud provided you're connected to the internet, and they're also stored on the console. If you select "keep my games and apps" during the factory reset, you won't even need to re-download any games.
