Hello, I have a problem when i try to update a game it would not let me bcuz is sais make sure your connected and I am connected to the internet But it wont work xbox one x.

Have you tried restarting your router and/or modem? If not, try that.

If that still doesn't work, I'd try a factory reset of the console, making sure to keep your games and apps.

You won't.

Your saves are automatically uploaded to the cloud provided you're connected to the internet, and they're also stored on the console. If you select "keep my games and apps" during the factory reset, you won't even need to re-download any games.
