Your Xbox account is tied to your Microsoft account, you can't just delete the Xbox side of it.
Deleting your Microsoft account means you lose access to that email address any anything associated with it, including any purchases made - games, DLC, movies, etc

So I can't delete my Microsoft Account without deleting my Microsoft Account?

No. It is all one big thing. If you delete it you delete it. Azure, pffice365, one drive, Xbox, it is all connected

Do you mean you want to delete the game progress from a specific game so you can start it over from scratch?

Or do you mean delete your friends list?

Or delete all your achievements?

Because you can delete a game save in a game usually, you can delete friends one at a time, but you can delete followers or achievements or purchase history

#

Okay “everything” then… no.

#

What are you actually trying to accomplish?
Did you buy an account from someone and want to clean it out?

The only way to make a new account is to make a new Microsoft account

Please answer “what are you actually trying to accomplish?”
This is a weird set of questions and it sounds like you have some specific thing in mind, so what do you really want to do / why do you want to do it
