#xbox app not working

Please state the following clearly if you are seeking support:
- What is your issue? Be specific. If your issue is with an Xbox console, please include which model and what your OS version is, as well as if you are in an Xbox Insider Program ring. If your issue is on PC, please include relevant versions (Windows version, any version information for specific apps in question, etc).
- What troubleshooting have you tried? Please list everything you have attempted.
- Have you researched your issue on the internet? If so, what results have you seen and tried?
- If no to 2 and/or 3, please start there.
If you do not provide answers to all of these questions, you are not likely to receive a response.
1- My xbox app not loading xbox android
2- Not load
3 - I didnt research yet
4 - Ok
Then go and research.
They said to update app and i did , but i still get same problem Can you just send the solution please

But just a pointer, when you're asked to detail what you have tried, that means tell us what you've done so far. Updating the app is part of troubleshooting and something you've done.
If you don't tell us what you've tried then people are going to waste their time suggesting things you've done already and not told us about.
