The visual quality of the game is lower when streaming compared to when installed locally.
Also depending on your internet connection, you could see some lag or stuttering.

Okay yeah I've tried everything and I still can't get it running well, packet loss up to 5% and really noticeable lag spikes; the only thing left as to why GFN runs to a playable extent and xCloud does not is because GFN has active servers in my country, while xCloud's closest server is a thousand kilometers away, meaning this is basically out of my hands
I'd really rather not have to have two subscriptions going on at once, especially since GFN is pricy and doesn't give you all that much time

hello i just bought a game sir controller and it comes with a free month of game pass ultimate, and i play on steam deck, mainly in desktop mode with a KB&M and monitor connected to it so it acts as a normal PC, but i have some problems with cloud gaming because thats the only way i can use my free month of game pass, so when i try to use my game sir controller for any game on cloud gaming, all of the buttons work besides the right stick, it just doesnt register at all, even R3 works. So i tried it with my normal Xbox controller, and i got the exact same result, the right stick just doesnt register at all, so i cant look around in Cod or any other game really. Does anyone know how to help?

As it stands it doesn't really work well enough to be a GP selling point for me, and the server distance is pretty much the only explanation I can think of (on a 500 Mbit Ethernet connection, so I doubt it's a me thing)

MCC worked well, but forza felt pretty unplayable, almost like I was driving on ice. I dont know if its possible on android but I wish there was a way to turn off volume, home and Bixby buttons while the app is in play.

I think in general Microsoft has the right positioning as a streaming service, I dont think most people will primarily play streaming, at least in the states, but it's an awesome compliment

Tried out Xcloud on my phone and wow,can't believe I'm playing Halo on my phone. So far I'm more impressed than Stadia and GeForce. Felt zero input lag with controller. I did notice some weird resolution,like sometimes it can't keep up but for one second. Overall pretty good.

iOS has testflight which does the streaming app, but its only MCC for now, they are just testing different devices.
Android has over 50 games I think in their test but its been around longer

I recently logged into my Xbox 360 account on my Xbox one. I no longer own my 360, but I am at least able to login to the account on my one. I owned Minecraft Xbox 360 edition and I had multiple worlds saved. When I try to load my account cloud saved worlds onto my Xbox one, there are no worlds detected. I would at least like to know if you could see if the worlds still exist and/or if they are recoverable for me to play on my Xbox one. I just bought a 360 and loaded my account on it, checked the cloud games, and I don’t see anything in the cloud save portion, but when I play other games, the data comes up as my old progress. My worlds still don’t show up

- Sounds like your old 360 minecraft worlds were not stored on your cloud game saves, but locally on your old 360 drive, which means they're gone now

I thought not only did you have to have cloud saves, you needed to explicitly upload 360 worlds to be "exported" to the Xbox One edition. I can't remember for sure though.
I guess I still have a 360 in my office, I could check.

I'm having trouble streaming from the console to my Pixel 4 XL. I became a part of the insider program, downloaded the app on my smartphone, and linked my phone to the Xbox. But nothing in the streaming app shows up.
I can view everything for the Xcloud tab, but the Console tab just says "learn more"

Xbox One S in datacenters with a selection of games, can be played on Android... iOS at the moment has only 1 game in it. so you literally can play anywhere long as you own a bluetooth controller
this is what Xbox are doing to reach more gamers. so people can still play games even though they may not have a console etc

We don't know yet whether other non-game pass games will be accessible if you don't own them as part of the service. But you can stream any game you own from your console as well.
It's still in beta, so we need to wait for final details to be announced.

xCloud is for Xbox games, not mobile games.
They won't make xCloud specific games. They would just release them on the Apple App Store and PlayStore

I can't see why not but I imagine native applications are their priority/focus at the minute during the beta.
