I am trying Halo Infinite. It seems it uses my settings from standard console gaming.
The question is when I change them, like controller settings particularly, because I am not able to aim, will it save back to console gaming.
I guess the sensitivity settings are completely odd as the controller is connected via BT (not via the specific Xbox connection) and because it runs in 60fps only etc...

XBOX Cloud Gaming requires a stable internet connection in order to run smoothly, However there are a few things you could do :
• Use a wired internet connection ,
• Close any unnecesary apps which may use your computers CPU ,
• Adjust graphics - in game ,
There are also some things ; such as xbox cloud servers being overloaded , which may increase the input lag , Delay etc. so I reccomend if the game is free ( fortnite , roblox etc. ) , then download to play instead. Or if you have the game able to install , install it.

I'm really amazed by the low latency xCloud has. Wanted to play some Fortnite Fesitval but for some reason my PC can't install the EGS since I formated it.
xCloud to the rescue: Festival works perfectly and even full combos are no problem on it.
Saves me the endless patching, 80GB of storage and I can just hop in and play some songs whenever, wherever. Big fan of this!

Works just fine for me, go into your key bindings menu and make sure that walking backwards is bound to the S button. The game has fully customizable mapping, so you may have changed it by accident at some point

Console does not give that many reward points, are you familiar with the binge app it gives you at least 200 Microsoft reward point minimum daily
The tasks only take 5 minutes daily
So if your earning over 200 points a day and pc game pass cost 9000 reward points then you should get it in a month and you only have to spend 5 minutes of your day

I mean that sticks are very very sensitive. It feels normal when connected to Xbox. In case of cloud gaming it is even not possible to aim with the right stick etc. Even if I set the sensitivity to the lowest possible value in the game, it is still not good.

i guess it may be me, but it seems like the cloud gaming doesn't seem to work very well for me when playing it through my console, it has been happening to me with MSFS 2024 on the Xbox One X with an Xbox One S controller

That isn’t a cloud gaming issue. Change gamertag issues are usually only relevant for 360 games, are you playing on a 360 or a Xbox One / Series X|S?

Interesting...I've seen other reports as well in the GitHub page for Better XCloud. I'm in the UK region if that helps.
On the official app, I get a black screen followed by "Something went wrong" (I hate these kind of messages...) after a minute or so. On BetterXCloud, I see this instead:

While it functions similarly, it's not exactly the same. Cloud gaming is connecting to servers and hardware at Microsoft, whereas remote play is connecting to your console at home.
Cloud can utilise different control options as it's connecting via custom server hardware, but it can't when connecting to your home console.

Hi not sure if this the right place for this, but with the new iOS app update - remote play has moved from the Xbox app to the web. However, when I try to remote play from the website it only gives me the option to use cloud gaming and not remote play. I’ve had no challenges using remote play on the Xbox app prior to this change!
Eventually was able to get it - i have no idea what I did to get it to work though
Side note anyone know if keyboards (as a controller) are supported on remote play since they moved to the web?

If you're paying for it, then you can stream games (on the supported games list) that you own. Games shared to you are not games you own, so won't be accessible.
