For anyone looking to get oral piercings, just keep in mind that eating is going to SUCK for a few weeks due to the temp bars they put in for swelling. They're super long (they don't look it in the picture, but that's because my lip is swollen), and they are easily caught by your teeth.

Eyebrows don't get in the way, you'll probably forget they exist until you accidentally whack one while absent-mindedly trying to scratch, and that hurts. Should be fine after healing, though.

Lip ones are a menace. Good luck eating anything that you have to chew a lot, as the temp bars are so long you will chomp them or get them caught on your teeth if you aren't careful, but after 2 weeks, they will shorten the bar, and I assume it will make eating easier (I gotta wait 2 weeks since I just got them in yesterday). Once I get hoops, the problem should disappear entirely, though.

Pros: You look awesome.

Cons: The healing process sucks.

Also if you go ham you're probably gunna have a hard time finding a job, but that's slowly getting better.

Yeah true. Just gotta go to a really good place. If the piercer screws up, you could legit bleed out or lose all control of your tongue. It's a very dangerous place to pierce, but most of the time you shouldn't have any issue.
