You can't play on both at the same time. But you can use them separately.

I think you dont need one. For the beta for example i needed the WB account only to access the code for the Beta. I think once the game releases u can install it from microsoft store or gamepass and play from there.. the ID-Name ingame is also the gamertag

even if the price doesn't necessarily go down, sometimes they'll throw in a shark card
