I hope to eventually buy a xbox series x when they become more widely available, but in the meanwhile can I sign up for Game Pass and play on a PC, then carry over that account, with settings etc, to an xbox when and if I'm able to buy one? Game Pass for PC and Game Pass for console are different subscriptions (though both are included in Game Pass Ultimate). Each will have different offerings of games available. Some games are "Xbox Play Anywhere" and will carry your progress over to console (like Forza Horizon 4), but there are also many which do not.

Play anywhere games will have your save file migrate over to console, yes (and any settings within the game itself, and achievements for that game). So long as you keep using the same account, your gamerscore carries over no matter the subscription you use. And yes, Play Anywhere will be listed on the individual game pages

The Bard's Tale (there's a few of them on there, just pick the one that seems the most appealing to you, because the franchise goes all the way back to the 80s)

Frost Punk (a unique take on those create-a-civilization games)

The Messenger (a pretty neat NES-style game where you play as a ninja)

Night Call (you play as a taxi driver, and it's actually more interesting than it sounds, definitely give this one a shot)

Oxenfree (this one is hard to describe, but it's a story adventure game and it gets very interesting)

Shadow Warrior 2 (if you like goofy kung-fu movies, cheesy jokes, and ridiculous, over-the-top action, this is a must-play)

What Remains of Edith Finch (story adventure, short and sweet, definitely worth it)

Actually I had an issue sort of like that with destiny 2 and forbidden light hold on a minute

Go to manage game and add ons and make sure the add-ons are installed. When destiny 2 had their latest expansion added to gamepass they installed but didn’t let you into the game until you did something in manage add-ons @delicate thicket

Or if your connection is fast enough you can redownload it. Sorry if that doesn’t help but people had that issue with gamepass for destiny 2 last update

Ok, reinstall is the last thing i wanted to do, but I already checked that the addon is installed, also reinstalled it a few times. So, i think I give it a try. Just saw that the Greymoor Update is in a sale for 14€. I think i try this first and if that doesn't work, i'll try to reinstall the game.

I am pretty sure all games on xbox have achievements I know that there is some games that used i think win 32 and do not support achievements on pC. But not all games are on both for example football manager isnt on console yet and some games have different versions. So with out knowing the name of the game its hard to say because games work different

if you want to turn off auto renewal you can do that on account.microsoft.com/services or under subscriptions on your Xbox any time. If you don't turn it off then it will renew just like any other membership Netflix Spotify PS now Hula etc etc

If anyone else also redeemed it yesterday instead of months ago when the Perk dropped, the Nitro gift from XB was good enough to trigger the Black Friday 1 month Nitro gift promo even tho the Discord terms say gifted Nitro isn't eligible to get the 1 month gift. When I try to stream a game, the left stick and Dpad of my XB1 controller don't respond, but other face buttons do. This is only after the game launches. Left stick and Dpad both work normally to navigate the Game Pass app on Android. Phone is a Pixel 3 XL, with latest Android updates.
