If you go to your profile on the Xbox app on PC and go into a game’s achievement list, it should show some stats at the top there including time played. If it doesn’t then the game doesn’t support the stats.

Also if you go to see Rainbow Six Siege in the Game Pass app on Xbox (full games list), the cover art has Watch_Dogs Legion stickers on it which could possible be a hit that it could be coming to Game Pass as well. Take this with a grain of salt though it’s just a theory.
The art does not appear anywhere else on the Xbox store or the Rainbow Six website, only in the Game Pass games list.
