you can either do 2 separated subscriptions... Gold and Game Pass.. or you can have Ultimate which gives you Gold, Game Pass for PC and Game Pass for Console.

Whatever they do for SR5, I hope they put in a decent amount of good content to pad it out for the inevitable 50 hour achievement.

Even with the DLC in SR4, I had to leave the game idling for about 8 hours on 360 and XB1

Also, the rocket with the Aerosmith track at the beginning for SR4 is one of the best game soundtrack choices ever.

Yes, as long as that Xbox is set as the home console for your account. Any other account on the console can then make use of your Game Pass entitlement.

As long as you set the console to your Home Xbox, then any other person using your console can access your games and stuff. So your Dad (or whoever) could play on the Xbox and you play on the PC.

Personally, I think eventually there will only be ultimate. If I was on the fence on getting ultimate, I'd max out gold to as many years you can get then use the 3 month for 1$£. And cover all those gold years to 1:1 ratio of ultimate

It is a great console. You could just now use the offer of 1€ for 3 months ultimate, which with 3 months game pass would probably roughly convert to 4 and half months of ultimate. (Not fully done the math so dont quote me on that).

I think the plan for Game Pass as I keep reading is they dont need to have loads of games long as there is a variety. Indie games go in cause they know the playerbase is there and people like trying out new games dont wouldnt normally play

Are you able to set a custom install directory for the Gamepass for PC app? I'm finding it annoying that it installs to that hidden folder where you can't open files even if you manage to take ownership. I can't even select the folders for mod install apps so if there is a way to manually set a install location, I would love to know!

xbox has always prevented mods on their platform, but this isn't xbox, this is windows

#

second, even if you get into the folders, it won't matter because they use different file distribution types, so your mods wouldn't work anyway

They allow you to access the folder in order to add the mods. It's not their fault developers don't choose to implement the support on their side.

No, there are video scenes between the game chapters which tell more of the story

They're not essential, but I thought they were worth a watch.
