On the main screen at first and then it moved after I clicked it once. I had to go down to the Game Pass tab thing by scrolling down the dashboard and click "Game Pass" to get into the right area. If that makes sense.

Okay I got this code for Nitro from the Xbox one s and it keeps saying invalid code and I already have the game pass (ultimate) and I am not 100% sure on where to redeem the code it gave it. it looks like a game pass code too many digits for Nitro I am so confused. Please can anyone help me.

You can get a QR scanner app. But if you’re typing, it’s case-sensitive, so double check each character.

If you press your home button and scroll down it should say “Games with Gold” click that and on the bottom right it should say “Claim your Ultimate Deal” click that and follow the steps from there

#

If you have Game Pass Ultimate and a console it should work as quick as that.

Those words never were typed by me. I'm telling you that if you saw something that allowed it to be downloaded early, that doesn't mean it's released yet. And, since you mentioned it's only 100mb, there's no way that's the full game anyway, so it's probably just the pre-check bit to trigger your console to download it later when it's available.

I don't know all the magic behind it, but I'm sure there's a logical reason behind downloading a bit that attaches a title to your account before launch. Gears 5 and Outer Worlds did something similar. As, apparently, did Halo Reach.
