G2A and Eneba are just sites like ebay. They let other people sell keys they have. This leads to a lot of sketchy stuff, like keys being bought with stolen credit cards and sold on there, which can get revoked and get the account banned that redeemed it. Or keys that are mislabelled intentionally, like Game Pass trial keys being sold as full keys.

G2A sells insurance incase the key you bought turns out to be fake or used already, or other reasons. The fact they sell insurance to profit from this, rather than vet their sellers should tell you all you need to know.
