Anyone else have crashing issues with games on the PC Xbox app/store? anytime I get an update for a game, or just download a game from the Xbox library, it’s crashes on launch, when I fix the issue it does it again after an update and I have to reinstall the entire game again for it to work.. regardless of update size, repairing files or hard restarting my system after the update. Good morning everyone, my Xbox Game Pass subscription was charged exactly one hour ago. The only option I see is to cancel my subscription, but there is no option to request a refund, and the system does not show any purchases made on the Xbox page. Is there any way to request a refund? I need some help, please. It would be very helpful. 😿

In regions where refunds are allowed for subscriptions, it will automatically submit a refund request when you cancel. This isn't all locations though, as some places specifically don't allow refunds for subscription services.

In any case, I should wait for the charge to appear in my Order History and then initiate the request manually. I see a button to request a refund, but it is “disabled” because it says I have not made any purchases. I believe it is not processed within the Xbox itself. 🤔
