Since CoDs game client is the "CoD launcher" and each game in it counts as a "DLC" it may create two folders. Keep both for the game to work properly.

For example I have Monster Hunter Rise and it's Sunbreak DLC installed, and they are separate folders too.
In my case the Sunbreak folder contains just the license files, and the game folder has all the actual content inside it:

Ohhh Melody of Memory I love with a passion. But I love rhythm games in general. Sad to see it's not your cup of tea, but I get it.
I have the english copy on Xbox and went all out importing the japanese PS4 copy just to play the japanese songs with slightly different mapping too.
Also used to own the Switch copy first which I ended up gifting to my girlfriend at the time. It's one of my favorite games ever.

The card game is a bit underrated, but it really shines in it's GBA original. The 3D Version isn't "great" but it's cool for what it is.
They had to bring it to console somehow, and it originally was a bonus game that came with 2FM on PS2.

It's subjective but paying monthly seems expensive compared to just buying the game outright for games that you'll play long term

I only use cloud gaming & Xbox play anywhere as I don’t have a console. There is a rather large list of games. Some work with touch screen others require a controller. I just use the ps5 controller I had bought for use with pc until I can get an Xbox controller. I use my mobile data primarily and it works great! Once I get my wifi taken care of it’ll be even better.
