I had GamePass Console which Microsoft silently changed to Core so I couldn't play game.
So I got GP Standard, I can no longer play Stalker. I have to either upgrade to Ultimate or buy the game.

Why should I pay for Game Pass Ultimate if there are no games???
Many of those games I already played with media and since then, we got what??
Hellblade? Elder ring? BO6?? ( biggest deception after not playing COD since 2019 MW )

Personally, I feel like my Xbox Series X was a biggest scan, I am playing 90s games coz there are no new games.

It's been offered for a long time that by this point most people who needed to trial it have done so already.

Too many people were abusing the system and using multiple trials.

They want people to actually pay full price for the service around a major game launch, rather than paying $1 and getting the new CoD for two weeks.

I've not seen that as something on Xbox before. The closest that I can think of would be if the profile was locked down and set to require a pin code for any purchases but that's not a code sent to or stored on the phone (unless you were to add it yourself in the notes app or something like that to avoid forgetting it).
