Yeah codes have to be within the same region, and additionally, if a friend were to try gifting you a game, it would need to be in your same region as well.

For example, since you're in Canada, you wouldn't be able to directly gift a game to someone in the UK.

Flintlock sucks. The main character's voice is like nails on a chalk board. Every little action has you sitting through tutorial screens which should be changeable in the settings. The main character should be Baz. His voice actor did such a better job

First Impression with Flintlock: Voice Actor of Main Character in English is bad, change to Korean or Japanese for good, Gameplay overall feels wonky at some Point, Bridge Parts need a Patch because they drop FPS from 60 to 6-14 FPS and makes the whole thing blurry like a Potato Camera, bosses.... How to describe them, whoever made these Bosses had either no clue what to do it or made them like idk what, my first impression of this Game: 6,5/10

I can barely distinguish the bosses in the towns from any other soldier tbh I was expecting a huge dude with an axe or something but instead I got a lil woman throwing a spear at me like huh?? That's your boss fight to take over a town. Dodge and hit a couple times like any other soldier and she was dead. Also have you heard the MC when she hums? Stand still in the game and she hums to herself it sounds dreadful. I find combat very frustrating just locking onto a enemy is a pain as there is a huge distance problem if you wanna be stealth and strike from a distance you can't. Your musket won't do the damage necessary after a certain distance even if it's a full headshot also enki is useless in combat his abilities are pretty pointless from what I've played. The amount of clutter on the screen as well as if it's a Ubisoft game is annoying. Every corner of the screen is filled with something and at the top is the huge yellow bar. Like the top left and bottom right could be smaller or not there at all. Also gotta say the writing is extremely lackluster. The flying through the air in lil portals has already lost it's original wow after the first/second time using it now it's just a pain because the game is making quest that revolve around using it which no doubt later in is gonna be frustrating jumping through portals because you missed something that wouldn't have been missed if it wasn't for the portals. Ugh then there are countless flying objects that clearly were never checked by the Devs because 5 minutes into the game a pile of rocks are somehow floating. Like go to "mudish dock" there is a fence and it is literally floating and so is the rock next to it. Like were these things just not checked before release? 3/10 game for me tbh

Hate the reputation mechanic. Also how hard would it have been to create a stealth mechanic so you can kill people who are sitting idly? There are a number of npc that are sat in a group and being able to eliminate one with a slit to the throat would have made the game more enjoyable. From looking at the skill tree there is no stealth skills or mechanics which makes no sense as if I was a pirate/soldier I would do whatever I could to avoid a head on fight.. this game just disappoints tbh

Oh and another thing. Why can't she holster her axe???? Like bruh I'm trying to run and she is slowing herself down by having it swaying in her hand. She couldn't stick it somewhere? She is able to fly through the air but can't take a axe outta her hands while she runs. Stupid

Pointing out flaws within a game is not me trying to "ruin" it others. These are problems that shouldn't exist. Why are objects floating? Why is there no stealth? Why can't she holster? Why did they pick such terrible voice acting? These questions don't ruin the experience for others as the game already does that with it's dreary dialogue and horrendous voice acting

Objects floating is a minor bug. There's worse things that could be wrong with the game.

The lack of stealth and ability to holster weapons are simply design and gameplay choices the developers chose to make. That doesn't mean they are flaws worth ranting about.

But let's give people a chance to check out the game and see what they think before filling the channel with massive rants.
