cloud generally doesn't give you options becuase the video quality is entirely based on your network connection.

it is a maximum of 1080p 60hz and can drop down to 720 if your net is slow

its not video quality, there is something usually in any console game where graphics are low or high, when its high/quality its 30 fps, when its low/performance its 60 fps
