So they're working to get some on there, it doesn't mean every game can or will be.

But the 'day one' remark is for the future titles.

Only one CoD game has released on the Windows store in the past. They released exclusively on the Battle.net client for a while, until recently being released on Steam, so they need to work to get them sorted for the Windows store too or give Game Pass users access via Battle.net like they did with Diablo.

hmmm i have had this happen once and that’s when they had that billing issue awhile back. your best bet is to contact xbox support if it keeps happening. just in case it’s something on their end. because it seems that there might have been an error somewhere between purchasing and it syncing to your account. @oak agate

If I press 'A' too fast to access the main screen, the game will stay frozen. If I give it time to "load" before pressing A, the screen just stays pitch black. Feels like I have to restart the game like 4 times before I can actually get in to play lol.
