Well, there is a reason that 'Console' is hidden by default when you go to the xbox site

There are several versions of Game Pass:

1. Core - this is for Xbox consoles only, it includes ~30 games plus multiplayer - $10/mo
2. Console - this is for Xbox consoles only, it includes ~400 games but NOT multiplayer - $11/mo
3. PC - this is for Windows-based PCs only, it includes ~400 games, and Windows has multiplayer for free - $10/mo
4. Ultimate - this is for Xbox consoles & Windows-based PCs, it includes ~500 games, multiplayer, EA Play, Cloud Gaming, and a few other things - $17/mo

'2) Console' simply doesn't make sense unless you want to play offline / singleplayer games exclusively. I'm not sure how many of the 400 are single player - probably a bunch?

It's also one of the few games that people forget has a PS5/XSX version of

so did RE3 and 7 (though in terms of PS4 to PS5 version you sacrifice the ability to play RE7 in VR)

I will admit that the best place to play the RE series is on PS5 because I like the Dualsense features in a horror game.

But, I will vouch for RE being an amazing franchise, and 2 remake is a personal favorite from 2019.

So that's why you need to use the PC, then your friend can use their account on the console.

If a game does not specifically say it supports mods, then you shouldn'mt install random things.
