Yes, but you redeemed it while you had Ultimate active, so the Core is converted to Ultimate.

Ultimate costs more than Core, so you get a different conversion rate of 3:2. Every 3 months of core gives you 2 months of Ultimate.

No, the games you can play are the ones included in the Game Pass Ultimate subscription

BUT if a game is on game pass ultimate and there is DLC that you pay for, you can buy the dlc and it will work

I'm having some problems with game pass ultimate, it is allowing me to play games but not really to play online. In some games like Minecraft when i try to enter a server it says "requirements for online play not met", goes to the subscription page where all of the different subscriptions are supposed to be, gives an error and then lets me play anyway. The problem is that in some games it doesn't let me play online at all, what should I do?

Depends on your connection, but yes, there's gunna be some input delay as you're streaming the game. That being said, GTA V and LEGO Star Wars both have almost no delay, which is very impressive.

I'm trying to find a place where there is a consistent stream of information about games being added AND leaving gamepass. Like a Twitter account, or a discord announcements channel, or RSS/email feed. I always see this information posted intermittently by secondary sources or it gets posted on the Xbox website. The Game Pass twitter feed also doesn't mention games leaving very often.

No, as the subscriptions don't convert at a 1:1 ratio anymore, it's 3:2, so you'd get 8 months out of that 12 of Core, giving you 9 months of Ultimate.
