They can't just add games because people ask. They have to go through negotiations with the publisher of the game, come to an agreement and pay for it to be included on Game Pass.

If you buy Core, you would only be able to play the games if they are included in the list of Core games. Except the one you bought on sale, that's yours to keep.

Firstly, that game isn't available in the Windows store. It's on Steam or Battle.net on PC.

Secondly, gamesharing outside of your home is against the Xbox Live Terms of Service and the server rules. #rules

All that will do is reinstall all the UWP apps. Which completely broke my corporate laptop Office install (outlook and teams). If the store is blocked for whatever reason, it will very very likely put a lot of the OS into an unrecoverable state short of a system reset which nukes all your application installs. Be very very careful running that command at the start.

Games don't auto-uninstall when they leave Game Pass. They just become unplayable. But yes, that game did get removed from Game Pass and if all you bought was the DLC, you didn't pay for the game and you can't play DLC without the game.
