they add your account to there console, they go to settings > personalisation, my home xbox and they set your account as theres. they then get access to any subscriptions you currently have and any games or apps you have bought, if you want to stop gamesharing with them ask them to remove your account as there home xbox and if they dont just set your own account as your home xbox and it will take it off theirs, and ofcourse change your password.

Servers cost money to run, so console players need to pay. It costs a lot more to run console servers then it does PC, which is why PC players can play online without paying extra.
