It’s really up to you I’m not going to try and convince you to do it. I would wait until tomorrow or something. It also could be your internet connection, windows could of disconnected from the wifi. There are a bunch of reasons why this could be happening but if uninstalling and reinstalling didn’t work then reformatting the disk won’t work.
