The original has an achievement that is unobtainable - intentionally. The only way to get it is to use an achievement unlocker tool. But that's something they couldn't get away with for this version with it releasing on console.

There was like one achievement in NieR which required using the farm and it uses real time. I cheesed that in the 360 original because I wanted to get all Achievments before the Replicant remake released.
I did it legitimate in Replicant afterwards and that was super fun and felt way better

Boys halo infinite has a lot of relatively easy rare achievements in the campaign. They’re fun too all you really need is to go on easy mode and fly around on a wasp lol. Like rescuing all the marine squads and stuff

You can swap out that first one with several other Xitilon games that have 3-5K.

Can you get banned for the old COD modded achievements? A lot of people have like 50% of Black Ops II achievements all earned in around one day

You can't get banned from Xbox but you can get a true achievements ban or flag

That's a large number while one game isn't, Xbox doesn't ban you for that small number that you can't really prevent nowadays, true Achievements just turn of TA tracking tho iirc

Not for Black Ops 2 you can't.

TA have stated that as long as you yourself are not modding the games and they unlock because you joined another persons match, you're fine. You're not actively engaging in cheating and it's beyond your control.

That's a bug. Once you've played over 1,000 games the list stops showing the gamerscore earned.

Yeah a person's achievement history really is a unique cross-section into their habits.

But we gotta take some grains of salt first: Sometimes achievements don't even reflect what is required to actually 100% a game (like for many MMOs), and sometimes the tasks to 100% a game - examples: exploring all zones, getting all collectables, unlocked all endings/characters, do all difficulties, max rank, etc. - don't have corresponding achievements/trophies or ones worth striving for.

And sometimes it's just one thing people wanna care about, e.g. max multiplayer rank or a leaderboard score, before they drop a game and move onto the next newer substitute for it -- we do that "moving on" process in different ways w/ various priorities on efficiency.

Wandersong has some of my favourite achievements - about half of that game's list are unlocked at very specific story moments, which were clearly used by the devs to indicate to the player who the supposed [spoiler] is in the overall plot. So sometimes a list of achievements is the devs trolling you, lol.

Xbox's most notorious achievements are the Gears' franchise's "Seriously?" series. Each game had ridiculous amounts of tasks required to get them, and Seriously 2.0 (Gears of War 2) and Seriously 3.0 (Gears of War 3) required you needing to unlock the previous games' "seriously?" achievements too

I made sure to go through my library first to update it and mark things as no for contest if I no longer owned them, or they were awful games I didn't want to play.

You can also set them to "No Longer Have" which is what I've slowly been doing. I hadn't accessed TA for a few years, so the "Game Pass" feature wasn't a thing yet, so a lot of the games I've played were set as Owned because the site couldn't tell that I was a Game Pass subscriber.

I was lucky because there's a game I was assigned that I found I can't install on PC and a few other TA users have had the same issue. Thankfully no ship was on that square.

Huh. I just checked my collection on true achievements. I had issues with 1 bugged achievement in Forza Horizon 4. True achievements says I have it and have thus 100%’ed the game. My Xbox still says I have that 1 achievement to go

Maybe playground Games is finally looking through my complaint and seeing I did everything to pop it but it refused to pop?
