I just completed Pathologic 2 using the console commands. Literally took 15 seconds to unlock all of the achievements, most are rare too.

Install the game on your pc, hit shift + ctrl + F4 at the same time. Go to inspector, then services, click on the 0, then hit unlock all.
All of the achievements will unlock. Don’t even have to play the game.

The first one is easy and pretty quick. Once you load up Levelhead it will take you through a short tutorial and you publish a level as part of it. I have that one and it didn't take me long.

Some of the achievements are finicky too. The one for finishing everything in Santo Domingo didn't unlock properly. I had to redo the whole region three times before it finally unlocked.

All the Hotshot Racing achievements in non-arcade game modes are better in co-op, online or couch
Barrel Barrage was easier as there's only 2, one for crossing the line with little health and the other for completing a race without smashing a barrel

Yeah the walk/run speed is 100% the reason I stopped playing. It was just painfully slow.

It's a shame it becomes more about gaming the system than it does about actual skill/fun to get the 5 stars, but it's quite easy once you get into a rhythm of slowing the songs down and switching out tracks constantly to keep the crowd happy for the maximum amount of points.

Just a genuine question for everyone that loves to complete games. I used to 100% games but after a couple of years i feel that i spend way more time with games when i go for all the GS than i do without getting every achievement. I played so few games compared to now. Alone this month i played Gears 1 - 4 and Bioshock Infinte and got a ton of GS and i'm having so much more fun than going for the 100%. I wonder if anyone feels the same lol

unrelated but I'm glad there's not an achievement for getting all the jiggies in Banjo-Tooie. The game has been pretty easy up until this one point in one of the later worlds where it's basically a button mash fest
