I recommend practicing legendary runs

once legendary becomes easy for you to play then you'll probably be ready to tackle LASO

Halo 2 and Halo Reach will be the hardest games to complete on LASO

ODST and 4 will be the easiest

I love running LASO, I've done that a lot on mcc, I will need to start Halo infinite soon, I'm trying to 100% all the Halo games I can.

and I can already imagine how nightmarish every MCC one will be.

infinite is super easy due to disruptor and tank gun

5's actually pretty easy too since it actually had balancing

MCC is definitely a challenge for each game

I recommend 4 first then CE

followed by ODST, 3, then 2

do Reach last since it's going to be the most different with balance and how the AI behave

if you're dedicated you can complete all of the achievements before CE's remake releases.

I still have halo 2 and halo reach's laso left to do

halfway through 2 before I got busy with other stuff (literally havent done a LASO run in years)

this was the last one I did before starting H2

only reason I reccomend it is because it's a pretty straight forward 8-20h game to complete. I don't remember how long it took me to finish it, but it was definitely pretty easy while not being "too easy".

The more difficult ones are going to be your souls-like games, Gears and Halo, and any online MMOs. I would use PSNProfiles to best track difficulty and length of time for games, and to deterimine if there are any missables (it's a PS focused site, but I find it to be more useful than TrueAchievements)

No, because they're not from the Xbox app/Windows store, they are from the EA and Ubi launchers.

Some games do have cross-platform progression, so if you were to launch the game on an Xbox and import your save it will pop achievements. But there's not many that do that.

After the release of the DLC, it turned out that leveling up characters is no longer required; it's enough to get free cars and the achievement will pop up automatically.

because there's some kind of bug, the achievement requires you to collect not all the original cars, but 10 of any kind

achievement update: got up to FF7 Remake's Chapter 14, where a good number of trophies can be gathered for the game, after completion of this section, I would just do a straight run to the ending. Then after that would be trophy clean-up, which will be pretty annoying not counting the Hard mode run.

As for Fallout 4, I'm taking at least a couple days off from the game, but I am trying to work on some of the Nuka-Cola expansion

Also if you've built up enough in advance, or catch up later on it's super easy

There's some days I only earned a couple of quick achievements as I was working on longer games, like RDR2

I recently found the complete edition of Borderlands the Pre-Sequel for xbox 360, it includes all the DLC

And now I've found three people who helped me with online achievements.

I'm a fan of the FarCry series, which is why I chose this game. FarCry 6 definitely has what every FarCry has: enjoyable gameplay and atmosphere. But did it become as good as its predecessors? I don't think so. I kept coming back to 5 even after finishing it, but I probably won't be revisiting 6.

They have definitely changed achievements a lot.

I will admit I've played my fair share. Some are actually quite fun, but there's some definite shovel ware out there. Nowere near as much as on PlayStation though.

At one point I did consider starting a new account with none of those games on there, but I've had a daily achievement streak running for over 3,000 days and completed every single monthly TA challenge, plus loads of the community ones.

It would bug me too much to lose that streak and be an annoyance to keep it running just for the sake of keeping it running,

I wouldn't mind losing the completions as some I would do again, but there's some I don't think I could face again as they were too difficult or time consuming. It does tempt me every now and then though.

There's also a few games I was the first on TA and on Xbox to complete. Can't leave that behind.

For a while I've been considering a major thing. Today, I've made it happen.

I started my Xbox account in July 2016. Since then I've earned 2,211,448 gamerscore, finished 1,199 games and played several thousand more.

Gamerscore has changed a lot in recent years. Some say for the worse, some like the changes, some don't care.

I'll admit a good chunk of that 2 million gamerscore is made up from easy games, or what some may call shovelware, but there's also a lot of big, long games in there too.

For a while I've considered starting a new account, replaying games I enjoyed and not loading it up with these cheap quick games. I'm not saying those games are bad - in fact, I've had a lot of fun with some of them.

The one main thing that stopped me doing it was my achievement streak. I've kept a daily achievement streak running for 3,159 days as of today. A little over 8 and a half years.

It's time to move on. Tomorrow, December 31st, I'll earn another couple of achievements on my main account as I've had a personal goal running for the year. After that, I'll allow the streak to end and start anew with a fresh account.

I'll still play some quick/easy games, but they will be games that I found to have been fun or that are just naturally short. I like point and click adventures and narrative games, so many of those can be quick. But I'm also going to replay some of the big games that I enjoyed over the years.

So, onward to new adventures or new experiences with old adventures.

I'll be starting by replaying the Avatar game, as I always wanted it to be in third-person, so it's a perfect time to experience it all again from a fresh perspective.

I only have the one account, but I'm also not a true achievement hunter. I have 100k or so GS and I don't really care about finishing games .. For instance, when it left Game Pass, I had one achievement left in The Big Con (Because one of the achievements broke on me) and I've been on the fence about whether or not I want to buy it just for that one achievement so I don't have an incomplete game on my tag...and just no. I'm not spending 15+ dollars to unlock a single achievement and never play the game again.
