If you have the money and don't mind spending, I would personally suggest buying the legendary edition and playing that as it does have some nice improvements over the original games (mostly in ME1, some nive QOL changes)

I can relate to that. Being diabetic, even the slightest cut takes longer to heal, so usually ends up being a scar because it takes too long. I've got random marks and scars all over the place from the most minor injuries or cat scratches.
