1-2 Switch is actually pretty fun, but you really need people in a party mood.
I heavily, HEAVILY recommend doing the board game mode that puts people into two teams competing against one another. It's GREAT

Mario Party Superstars and Jamboree are both really fun up to 4 people. The first is more classic games and boards from older Mario Party games, a bit of a "best of" Mario Party bundled together. Jamboree mixes things up between classic control games and motion control games.
Never played Lego Party.
