haven't heard of any issues with Loaded (formerly CDKeys) so yeah, I would say they are very trusted. I had an issue with a purchase I made a while back but a refund was issued fast so can't fault them and even more recently I pre ordered Borderlands 4 but because i bought a new GPU that included a copy of the game I cancelled the pre order on CDKeys and they were fine with it
