I sent in my switch to be repaired after a faulty update, get it back, and it feels, weird, almost brand new.

Boots up like brand new, none of my save data.

Turns out the serial numbers don’t match, and the only way to get my data back is by paying for switch online.

Kinda a win and a loss at the same time.

Im not too bothered about save data, not many games I have had a serious dependence on it. But the fact that they went the cheap route irks me.
