A game engine is only a tool. It's up to developers to figure out how they want their game to look and how they can achieve that with solid performance.
Some engines might have better tools ready to use for that, but it's still up to the devs fo do that part.

I’m hoping the full game has bigger maps

2042 had horrible launch maps way too big and no detail or memorability and sometimes you could go a while without seeing any action during a match

Tho with six it feels like sometimes they went on the opposite end of the extreme and made the maps too small so there’s no chance to breath I think there has to be a middle ground for map sizes

I think the writing is horrible, Dante was a literal self insert, the characters were annoying at best and it didnt really feel like a DMC game. I think it was better then 4 and 2 but it pales in comparison to DMC 5, 3 and 1

I own Crysis Remastered on PS and I like it, but I wouldn't say it's better or worse then the original.

The remaster has better lighting, materials and higher texture quality. Sacrifices were made to physics. For example some vegetation physics may update at a lower rate than your overall framerate. In addition more subtle physics interactions like vegetation bending from the shock wave of explosions were cut.

I had mine disabled for the longest time. I don't remember why I enabled them, but I think it was to be able to DM @next zinc to report someone.
