I seem to go through phases where my sleep pattern will change a certain way for a while and then randomly change again.

Last time I started waking up anywhere from around 3am and unable to go back to sleep, so I'd get up early.

Now I wake up every hour or two for the bathroom, but I can go back to sleep afterwards. Until I'm either woken by the cat around 6am or my alarm at 6:50am (on a work day).
