I think the S95D also comes with some smart connect box that allows for extra connections to the TV, hence why it usually costs more (like other previous S95X models did previously but for the UK at least the S93D is the next one up without said box. Samsung really are quite confusing with all these extra TV models

I've been playing terraria on mobile with an Xbox controller as a stand-in until I can get a steam deck

The steam deck also being able to do modpacks for terraria on the go is another reason I want one

Terraria has a bunch of hotkeys that make you play your keyboard like the moonlight sonata so there's different button combos that do different things on controller

Those deep blacks are wicked. After using both, I think the OLED is a bit better, though both are great

Interestingly enough though, there is one single thing that the original Steam deck was better with: the touchpads

For some reason, I donā€™t know if itā€™s just mine, but the movement area on the OLED is much larger than the original model. When using the keyboard, in order to reach the keys in the middle, I have to have my thumbs hanging off the edges to just barely reach, whereas on the original model I could comfortably reach the middle keys and a bit more

Even if you are now over 18 on the account, your parent still needs to go in and adjust privacy / safety settings, and also give you certain access to things if you're still in the "family"

the multiplayer can be pretty fun but some of the shenanigans of the game mechanics I seriously question. One game I was something like 10-3 up and idk how but by the end of it I was 15-16. Think I even went on an 8 kill killstreak (the best I have managed yet) but honestly, idk what happened that game as my focus didn't drop or anything. I seriously just couldn't kill any players for a while. It was strange
