Just get any headset with a 3.5mm TRS connector. You need one y cable to split it into separate headphone and mic connectors, and then an adapter to plug those into the controller. Ez pz.

usb 4 is way faster than lightning, and the USB-C cable standard supports higher charging power than lightning cable standard.
BUT the lightning cable standard provides a much more secure and less fragile connector than USB-C

But those games usually don't require the most precise timing. A souls-like might, if it requires very precise timing for parrying and whatnot. Fighting games absolutely not if you're planning to play online matches, I'd say. But I've been able to play some Street Fighter V via remote console streaming just fine in story mode.

Quite often anime plays at even under 24 FPS, sometimes even 12 FPS.
If you try to force that up to 60 FPS via frame generation... the result won't be pretty, at all.
With games, you're usually adding frames from 30 FPS and upwards. Ideally from much higher than that to get a proper image.

Frame Generation could be used to make a game appear to run at say 60 FPS when in reality it is 30 FPS (2x) or 15 FPS (4x) and it could get real messy fast with that and top it off with the additional latency, though that can be mitigated somewhat if devs add support for features like Nvidia Reflex or AMD Anti-Lag 2 to their games. I'm sure it would be fairly noticeable either way

Saw a few shows on Broadway. Wicked, Book of Mormon and decided last minute to go see Back to the Future again. Glad we did, because we saw Bob Gale (one of the original creators) on the way out. That's the second time I've seen him at the musical now.
