Playing through dead rising 3 again now I have some motivation from doing the remaster. Graphics on this were quite impressive for a launch XB1 game and amount of zombies on screen

Had a lot of fun in the later area riding around on a big vehicle with blades on the front, mowing down hordes of zombies

1 and 2 are my favourite by far but I can see why people like 3 for its own things

That's all going to depend on what genres you like and what you already have. There's a lot of games people could suggest but you may have them or not want them.

The Kinect stuff on 3 is interesting to see again. Wonder if anyone actually used those voice commands

Feels like those early and late 360 games just had a lot of forced Kinect functionality to them like shouting jump to make the character jump instead of pressing the button

but I don't like any of the Dead Rising games past the 1st one personally

You can complete the game before even getting to day 3 even if doing it slowly and still half the time left

4 was awful yeah but considering the development issues it had, it's no wonder

I liked that it went back to the mall setting though

3 at least tried with the idea of making an open world style dead rising with the same principles but 4 throws it all out the window

Didn't like Nick or any of the new cast and the lack of colour just made it super generic imo.

I should replay it on Steam though, give it another chance

Yeah I think it’s capped at 30fps on pc for some reason but maybe a way to get around it with community patches

It does look quite nice playing at 4K regardless
