Constant introduction of new stuff like cars that are expensive to buy, and to get that money you need to grind for multiple businesses to get close, the grinding often is very repetitive and also full of bs sometimes, there have been some good moments like when this so called cayo perico heist came out, it was well paying and fun, but it was nerfed into oblivion with payouts being significantly lower and also longer cooldown to start a new one

Welp, I locked myself out of one achievement in Tunic by literally trying to fight the final boss after I had found all the collectibles. Basically missed a "get the normal ending" achievement.

One of the many reasons I'm a big fan of "do blank on blank or higher" type achievements.

If it's just for beating the game and getting a normal ending, it should have just been an achievement for beating the game.

To be fair, I didn't realize that the game would literally skip the entire final boss fight, and it does make sense to not get that achievement if you've skipped the boss entirely

Ah, apparently the devs thought about it and left a hidden way of still completing the achievement without having to replay the entire game, whew!

Basically, at the end of Tunic, there's this final boss fight.
If you have collected ||all the missing manual pages, instead of fighting you when you interact with it, the boss starts crying and becomes your dad (I think?)
Otherwise the boss would fight you. BUT they devs allow you to attack the boss with a sword to kick off the fight even if you have all manual pages 😛 Clever||
