I think a huge portion of the possibility of reasons is that its a large server and we realise that the mods have a lot on their plate to manage the server. So causing a commotion is extra work for the mods.

My biggest gripe about 10/11 is how the settings experience is very inconsistent. Some things are in old Control Panel interfaces, some aren't... and I found Control Panel way easier to navigate, but that's just boomer talk. 😛

a series x can absolutely sustain a 950 meg download rate.

Cloud Gaming should not always stop downloads. (and in fact there has been work done, or at least announced, to change how 'background downloading' works on xbox becuase people have such faster connections than they used to)
