built in non-replacable batteries are more economical for companies. fewer moving parts to design, fewer breakable pieces to repair. much more freedom in exactly where the battery is placed. freedom to actually splite the battery in to seperate components in different locations. just a whole general improvement in engineering from having it be non-replacbale

I couldn't stand it because the battery life is so poor. There was one time I was playing either RE7 or Spiderman or something, can't remember (was probably RE7 though), and I literally had to plug it in twice in one session. Except that while the connector is now standard (USB-C) the cables themselves still are not. Some use a proprietary chip inside of the cable. Some require a 10W charger, some 20W, some 30W, etc.

The PC version is not available on the Xbox store, so no, you wouldn't have linked a gamertag / Microsoft account to a Rockstar account for playing on PC specifically if you were playing via the Rockstar launcher or Steam. If you were playing via xCloud on your PC though, that's different (that's actually the console version)

Not particularly, no. As long as you're gentle you can take them out no problem. It's tricky at first, but you'll get the hang of it at some point. Your eyes are gunna be delicate, but it generally still takes a bit of effort to actually do any permanent damage.
