As for needing to pay a subscription for my MFA keys, ehh.

I'm looking at the MFA authentication app that's within the Gnome Circle right now, seems to support Steam's MFA as well by their provided screenshots, and fits in with my PC's UI. My only issue with that one is a lacking Android app, but I suppose I can find another OSS MFA app for the Android side, and likely export/import as needed between the two apps, or finally learn Syncthing or whatever it's called

You can certianly pick whatever you want, but I’d suggest thinking about more than aesthetics when picking an app to store all the keys to all your castles.
