Honestly would like to know what the windows engineer was smoking for task scheduler to get fixed like that. Stuff used to run on "session 0" but it got removed in Win 10, so now you have to create a directory to fix it. And it's not even in an obvious place. And it's not a setting or buried in group policy, just a pretty much undocumented function.
