MW2 in general has weird pop ins because it needs to reload the whole scenery. That's why you sometimes even get full on "flickerish" feeling in the maps where for one or two frames the map isn't loaded. It's normal.

They have a version that 'seems' like it is smart delivery, where it says if is playble on One and X|S.... but that's apparently just a backcompat playable version. so they have a separate version that is the X|S specific version that is just the 'real' X|S. And then they have a 'cross gen' version which is the One & X|S (real) versions
