Racing games. Being able to slowly turn instead of going 100% straight away is also good. Stealth games in general because of the thing you said. But that can be third person or first person too. As long as the controls compensate for the weakness of each system it can still feel amazing.

That's the exact same issue I had sometimes. I report someone and it doesn't work. Next one I report it works.
It's a weird issue and overall just annoying to deal with. There was an obvious cheater who got famous in germany with the release of Season 4. He is still playing and still using Xim on PS4.

It will depend if Starfield is GPU limited or not and how far it can scale down with Series S
