When I first got my Xbox one on launch it would shut off randomly but I restarted it and left it alone for like a day or so and it was fine. Make sure your Xbox is in an open space.

got to love battlefield 2042. Found a way to keep deaths low but for some reason it seems the latest update has made the game tougher? may just be me but teams seem very unbalanced but anyway I let the timer run out each death so that it gives medics a chance to heal me and get right back in the fight with no death and if lucky I could easily be 4+ kills up by the time I get my first death. if the game is series Enhanced then it likely needs to be on the expansion or the internal hard drive to run. You can still store them on any drive but to play they need the faster storage. It as nothing to do with 4k or 60 FPS. Not all series games are 4k or 60FPS. Yes Series S only as 1440p resolution for games. It does support 4k streaming though.

For Among Us it was weird. It sorta supported Touch like it does on the iPad, and it thinks it's in touch mode, but I couldn't move around. I could tap some buttons but nothing much else. When I went to the sessions in the app (... > Options, I think) I could turn on "basic controls" which made it very usable. No idea if this is just for some games or all - you'd need someone from the app team to confirm that.

Well that's not supposed to happen. The controller may be damaged and in need of repair or replacement. There's nothing you can do for it in that case.
