Depends on the game and also depends on the wording, at least for me. For me, to "beat" a game means you just get to the credits (by doing what the devs intended, I don't mean wrong warping to the end or something), whereas to "finish" or "complete" a game has a lot more to do with high percent.

Yeah, what I've been trying is the really slow but safe route. Baiting mikiri counters and easy damage, but it just takes forever. Spear phase throws a wrench into this, which makes me think I should try rice + lump + axe during that phase, then try to lightning reversal on final.

Absolutely not a good idea. Isshin on the safe approach takes forever. Not only is a test of patience but also of focus. One mistake in that way can be crucial for losing. Best is to be aggressive as possible to learn to dodge when and how. To parry when and how. To jump when and how. And to attack when and how

Now, the reason why I say this is simply because it's A, very short (it's like 10 seconds long I think), B, has a nice tune that fits the series, C, has a nice and simple graphic to it, and D, it's not trying to be something it isn't.

It's the perfect intro, just like how Game of Thrones has...essentially the perfect intro theme. I don't even like GoT but I will listen to that absolutely banger of a theme song on repeat.

My advice tho... Use the voice channel system. It's a bit eh cause you have to enter the voice channel and then connect to it as well which is absolutely not user friendly but what can you do.
