That's 100% on the resolution of the series s. It is mostly 1080p and some 900p for legacy xbox one games.

It uses the og Xbox one version for Xbox one games instead of the xbox one x version.

You could try. I would also definitely make sure that your brightness is calibrated properly. Mine was way too bright for the series X and I had to pretty much turn brightness all the way down.

One isn't significantly better than the other at 120hz. Anti aliasing on consoles isn't great right now so, I decided to just get a 4k tv and run my games at 60 fps. The low resolutions can be pretty rough without a good anti aliasing solution.

NMH? NMH looks amazing and is full of crazy ideas. I recommend NMH1 and 2 at least for the character development

If you have a switch then you can play them on there. Best version of those games so far. NMH3 best version is PS5 or XSX rn. All other versions are heavily trimmed down. Even the PC one

Sry for the late reply but : 1&2 run perfect on switch. Not so much on PC because the port is really bad. Crashes, FPS issues, Stutter etc is just common in the PC version unfortunately.
NMH3 is awful on switch. Runs single digits fps. On Xbox Series X and PS5 it has improved graphics that for some reason did not carry over to the PC version. Which again makes the PC version the second worst of them all right before Switch

Deadly Premonition 2 is also god awful. Both games perform as well as me trying to toast the frames out with a piece of bread and a toaster

In terms of Sequelitis I think DP2 is a worse follow up than NMH3. DP2 offers absolutely nothing new and kinda stumbles around with the characters. NMH3 offers some absolutely breathtakingly amazing visuals and ideas while still kinda maintaining it's core values despite completely ruining some side characters for the sake of... dunno. Street cred?
