Yes, and usually those games made by small teams don't rely as much on mictrotransactions. They do however have a much bigger risk of failing if the game doesn't gain enough customers early on. Marketing in that area is hard.

Oh don't get me wrong, I absolutely agree that 60 fps should now be the norm again for action games. But there is a lot more that goes into whether a game is good or not, that I would be completely against reviewers solely looking into performance.
