I own 1 game on Stadia. Doom. The fact that I have to pay a subscription to get 4K and 5.1 surround is what turns me off the platform. A Game like Doom absolutely NEEDS multi-channel audio to really immerse yourself in the demon killing.

GeForce Now is basically the same as Stadia, in that you're playing from some cloud server, but instead of having to buy the games from their store, it connects to your Steam/Epic/Whatever accounts so you can play your already owned games.

You don't need to have any PC that can run the game at all.
