Weapons are just stat sticks until you get a high enough level to get feral attack power weapons. Str and agi are both good stats to look for. If you are getting into gnomer, the manual crowd pummeler is good to pick up, the on use effect made it bis for end game raiding, though limited to 3 uses.

and then you can buy 200 ilvl pieces with the conquest you get from the daily queues in pvp

You can grab the Dire Maul Trinket (book is usually cheap on the AH) and then there is a questline in WPL to get Fordring's ring for 2 easy pieces. There are also some pieces like Corehound Belt and Hide of the Wild that can be crafted (depending on AH pricing).

There should be a fair number (guess this depends on server size, but they are running almost daily on mine) of MC, ZG, and AQ20's going on that you should be able to hop into as well that shouldn't be a problem for most groups to take fresh 60's. Ossirian head (AQ20) has a nice healing neck, MC has Wild Growth Spaulders, ZG has the turban plus a few other pieces that are good.

You can, as long as you either have the key or have someone unlocks the door for you (or do it on an alt w/ the key). Just watch the dogs at the bottom of the stairs as they can see stealth - I normally hop onto the ledge of the stairs and stay close to the wall.

if your intentions are to PVP, specifically arena i wouldn't go Feral, its near the bottom of viability compared to everything else. Resto druid is top tier though but thats irrelevant kinda in this discussion since you're asking about feral. Feral Tank is very good for WSG, but thats really about it. PVE they're very good tanks and bottom tier dps when asked to. If you strictly wanna PVP id prob look at other melees.

but at the end of the day, if you're truly good at your spec/class youll do well regardless up to a certain point. So play what you want really. But if you're trying to min max your climb in PVP, feral isn't really gonna be that choice.

Blessing of might should not, Blessing of Wisdom should, though probably unlikely to have a pocket paladin spamming this on you. It's anything that changes your regeneration rate (health, mana, rage, energy), so a weapon swap to the same weapon with a brilliant mana oil should do the trick too.

if you have a gathering profession, it will override the auto track humanoids. If you don't have a gathering profession, you can fish up a Weather Torn journal to get "Find Fish" which (at least for me so far) has also overridden the track humanoids.

Make sure you prio the right abilities. Mangle > Swipe > Maul where you shouldn't cast Maul if it prevents you from casting Mangle, etc.

Depending on what you are tanking, you might have too much armor on too. I've noticed in prepatch with Mangle being 15 rage, I don't always have the rage to cast it right away, so I either wear the wolfshead helm or pool a bit between packs.

from what ive heard bears are very good, but get going a lil bit slower compared to prot warriors however they are likely the best tank in later tiers

i didn't aggressively chase after theorcrafting for TBC after it cycled out so I don't know what other new things have been discovered

but i find myself doing more damage than warriors and tanking up to 3 targets (more and prot paladins are better), while still having a decent versatility to go cat for okay damage
using a bit of pvp gear for resilience to push crit off the table and you can either go for max armor or max damage (agi)

at 3 targets or less I find feral to be the most offensive tank

Wowhead tbc feral guide is pretty good. But use mangle > swipe > maul in order of prio for abilities. We also start out weak on threat (compared to other tanks) at the start of TBC because our maul multiplier got nerfed and we don't have the gear to make up for it yet, but gear scales well as early as t4. Use taunt/stuns/cc where needed

Swipe isn't super great at low AP, but its really all we have with 2+ size packs. Mark a skull and cross as first and 2nd kill targets. Mangle skull, then move on to 2nd, 3rd, 4th targets to build threat with swipe, mangle, maul (maul only if you have enough rage to not lose out on mangle/swipe). Then it's taunting, bash, and feral charge as needed to keep them controlled. If you don't have a mob and it's not going to kill a dps/healer than you also don't necessarily need to have aggro on it (a bit harder to do in some later 70 dungeons and heroics though but CC is needed for there.)

Use some threat pieces if you are fine on mitigation too

Even at 2K AP (what I current have), swipe is more threat than lacerate for 2+ mobs. Lacerate does about 530 threat w/ 5 stacks, while swipe is 282 threat per mob. So w/ the same 2 GCD's, I'd put 530 threat on 2 mobs using tab lacerate or 564 threat on both using 2x's swipe. This doesn't even account for all the GCD's I'd have to use to get a 5 stack of lacerate.

Depends on your equipment. With enough gear, you got the manareg and heal output, that you can use dots and offensive spells aswell.

I got almost full epic resto gear and I usually do about 300dps on most trash fights and bosses in heroic dungeons.

Nah, swapping to cat Form costs mana aswell and you would have to go in melee range. As most fights are very dangerous for melees, I would rather stay on range.

When you have a good setup, with warlock, mage and protpala, you can regularly use hurricane on larger pulls. It’s around 800-1500dps depending on the pack size. Which is quite a nice output as healer.

There are many situations in certain encounters, where this talent matters. Many dungeon bosses have aggro resets and I can just pump healing with 0 aggro in such a moment.

In raids, this also helps a lot in fights like Nightbane, Netherspite, Moroes..

With some bosses the aggro is the most important, when you got to heal the grp/raid.

So a big part of dungeons is if your over 4-5 mobs qnd u have a lock /mage u just kite shit back and stun -charge- taunt on cd. Keeping 100% thrt is a retail Idea so much of this game is actually managing your threat as a dps. You also will want to focus on def cap then hit cap (9%) after that AP will be your best friend for thret gen with swipe, if you are not that geared don't just swipe I would mangle maul lacerate swipe [tab] and repeate using taunt charge bash and war stomp [if Tauren and u have 0 mobs]
