Best I've done is paid portraits, and they're not really what I'd call painting per se
So nothing super painterly
All I can recommend to starters is if you're drawing people
Lots of anatomy reference work
Rough sketched poses, detailed studies of faces, necks, shoulders, hands
They're usually the things that set off peoples 'that looks weird/wrong' reaction from my experience
If you're not doing people, again, lots of reference work, just practicing shading, depth, proportion etc
Have a friend who's just bought a tablet and she's fiddling with spacey illustrations, and things like scale and perspective are still throwing some of her stuff off a little

Hey guys, can anyone explain me what the logic behind dresta mythic is? Are you always killing same order or are you splitting in 1 melee and 1 range and just go clockwise and kill whatever seems best like prio 2 nearby tentacles/ and melee focusing big ones

@balmy current the only really dangerous part of that fight is the Entropic Crash, so your goal is to make sure certain tentacles are dead and your raid is far away whenever it happens.
Most guild kill the tentacles in a very specific order
Not always ‘tentacle > eye > maw’ or whatever but they go ok we kill these eyes first then ranged swap to maw and melee to that tentacle then we stack there
etc etc. It’s super on-rails.

we made the rotation to make sure our 4 fire mage would have an orb as soon as CDs are up
dresta is just a huge planning fight
