The main thing was we had some channels that weren’t seeing much use so it was about getting them condensed, also setting up a front page so to speak with ginfo and stuff. At least try and make the discord feel like a hub for the guild rather than just a voice channel.

why not set up a voice channel with an idle bot hooked up to an amazon echo so your raiders can say "alexa i have concerns" and then that audio clip will get transcribed into a message in the private officer channel

Honestly as much as the discord shakeup I’m working on isn’t a huge project me messing around with setting seeing what I can/can’t do is a learning experience too
So yeah the initial idea may seem over the top but I like to play with systems

I think the only clever thing I came up with was naming channels after dungeons and the raid channel uldir (my guild’s name has no theme to work with)
And the afk channel being King’s Rest.
That’s the one thing I think isn’t bland is that afk channel
